MuayThai
The art of eight limbs — fists, elbows, knees, and shins — with discipline to match.
Muay Thai at Bendu Academy immerses students in the Art of Eight Limbs — an ancient striking system that uses fists, elbows, knees, and shins. It is celebrated for its combat effectiveness and for the discipline and respect it asks of its practitioners.
The program welcomes first-timers and advanced fighters. Classes begin with a warmup focused on agility, flexibility, and dexterity, then move into stance, movement, and the core strikes before more advanced work.
As you progress, you combine techniques, defend, and counter. Sparring is run with control and respect so you can apply the work in a realistic setting without losing safety or mutual growth.
Beyond the physical, the training builds fortitude, determination, and confidence — a focused mindset you can take off the mats. Join us to find the power and tradition of Muay Thai in a room that values strength, honor, and respect.
