Fundamentals
The first class to take. Stance, posture, and how to move safely on the ground.
Fundamentals is the place to start. We slow the room down and teach the pieces every other class is built on — how to stand, how to fall, how to move from your back, and how to stay safe while you learn.
Expect a thorough warmup, a few core techniques, and enough live work to feel the move without getting overwhelmed. White belts and returning students sit in the same class. The goal is a base you can take into Gi, No-Gi, and wrestling.
First class is free. Walk in, wear athletic clothes, and we’ll put you in the right spot.
