BrazilianJiu-JitsuNo-Gi
Faster, more fluid grappling without the gi. Underhooks, clinch, and submissions.
Our BJJ No-Gi classes dive into the modern evolution of the art — a rigorous, exhilarating form of grappling that sharpens both mind and body. No-Gi strips away the traditional kimono, pushing you toward a more dynamic game built on agility, speed, and leverage without relying on fabric grips.
Training is fast. You learn to use underhooks, overhooks, and clinch work to control an opponent. Without Gi grips, No-Gi demands adaptability and quick decisions — the kind that turn a match or a real-world self-defense moment.
Classes welcome beginners through advanced practitioners. The curriculum covers takedowns, guard passes, and submissions, with an emphasis on movement and position. As you advance, you learn to flow between positions and finish quickly.
Sparring — rolling — is a cornerstone. Live matches against a resisting partner teach timing and spatial awareness in a controlled room.
No-Gi is also a strong base for mixed martial arts. Whether you want to compete, improve self-defense, or take on a new physical challenge, drop in for your first free class.
